Rooted in Wonder Print Co. provides custom printing and finishing services based on your uploaded PDF files, selected print specifications (including paper selection, color or black-and-white, and single/double-sided configuration), quantities, and finishing options. Final printed results depend entirely on the resolution, formatting, and options submitted by the customer.
If you register a customer account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all orders, files submitted, and activities performed through your account login.
Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded files before submitting an order. You must confirm correct file uploads, correct page counts, margins, spelling and grammar, orientation, readability, dimensions, and duplicate or missing pages. We print exactly what is uploaded and do not offer automatic file review unless specified or purchased.
We highly recommend exporting files as high-quality PDFs with embedded fonts and double-checking margins before final upload.
You must own or have explicit copyright permission for any document or homeschool curriculum you upload for printing. Rooted in Wonder Print Co. respects intellectual property and expects customers to do the same.
We reserve the right to decline print jobs containing illegal content, security risks, malicious files, or materials that violate our family-friendly values and print policy.
We retain your uploaded print files only as long as necessary to complete your order, manage reprints, or comply with operational backup procedures. Files may be deleted periodically.
Our online estimate calculator is based on customer selections (e.g. page counts, paper, single/double sided). If the actual file page count or size differs from your checkout selections, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
Please review your cart, file selection, quantity, binding options, and delivery details carefully before submitting your order. Orders enter our automated production line quickly.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Checkout using accepted payment methods. Orders will proceed to printing only after successful payment authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including unsupported files, obvious pricing errors, inventory limits, or production constraints. We will contact you if there is an issue.
If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately. Once production printing has started, we cannot cancel or modify the order details.
Turnaround times are estimates and vary based on current volume, order size, machine maintenance, and public holidays. We strive to print files promptly but do not guarantee fixed delivery dates.
Colors viewed on back-lit RGB monitors will always vary slightly from physical printed inks on different paper stocks. Minor variations in shade and brightness are normal and not production defects.
Finishing services such as spiral binding, tape binding, 3-hole punching, and cover lamination are applied based on customer selections. Ensure you have chosen the appropriate options for your curriculum.
Once handed over to the carrier, the shipping provider assumes custody. Shipping times are carrier estimates and are subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, or wrong address delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
If your printed items arrive damaged or incorrect, please reference our Refunds & Reprint Policy to submit a report. We require photographs of the package and damaged materials.
Refunds, reprints, or replacements are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Reprint Policy. Due to the custom nature of print orders, returns are not accepted.
Our website layout, custom designs, logos, text, and graphics are the intellectual property of Rooted in Wonder Print Co. Uploading your curriculum does not grant us ownership of your uploaded files.
Our store utilizes third-party tools, payment systems, and shipping providers. Your interaction with these integrations is subject to their terms of service.
